Sarah joined MSOW in 2022 as Lead Physical Education Specialist. She has a passion for physical activity and is dedicated to helping students discover and understand the importance of movement in their own lives. 

Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from UW-Milwaukee, is CPR/AED certified, and has a certification in Indoor Cycling Instruction. 

Sarah strives to provide a holistic approach in physical education to help students at MSOW cultivate a lifestyle that enhances their physical, mental, and social well-being.
