Meet Molly Vermiglio, Children’s House 2 Lead Teacher

Molly’s background in Montessori education has contributed to her success as a Children’s House teacher. Molly was raised within the Montessori philosophy as her mother is a lifelong Montessori educator. Molly also attended Montessori School of Waukesha for Children’s House!

Molly received her bachelor’s degree at Carroll University. She then pursued her Montessori credential after working in Pre Children’s House and at a small area Montessori school. She earned an AMS Montessori Early Childhood (3-6) credential in Illinois and has been a lead teacher for five years at MSOW. Molly also holds a Wisconsin DPI teaching license.

After starting a family with her husband, Molly transitioned into a part time role at the elementary level. She worked with lower elementary students to improve their reading skills. To support this work, Molly earned a certificate from Orton-Gillingham - a multi-sensory approach to reading instruction.

Molly transitioned back into a lead role in 2020 in CH2. The array of experiences Molly brings to the classroom allows her to better understand the whole child and provide calm leadership and guidance. Molly’s children now attend MSOW as well.
