Build the Vision Capital Campaign

Build the Vision at MSOW.

In today's academic landscape, a school needs to be exceptional to be distinct. At the heart of that distinctiveness for Montessori School of Waukesha lies our commitment to proven standards set by the American Montessori Society and the vision to reach beyond the classroom.

As the only AMS accredited Montessori school in the state of Wisconsin, MSOW sets the bar high; fostering a lifelong love of learning in our community’s future entrepreneurs, tradespeople, engineers, artists, and independent thinkers, while reaching far beyond the classroom through our teacher education program.

Fueled by the desire to increase private school accessibility for the local community, MSOW has worked with the School District of Waukesha to develop an agreement providing tuition reimbursement for 70% of current students.

As a result of this unique opportunity, we are approaching 100% capacity for our current home as it stands.

Given both promising enrollment projections and strong retention trends, there is a need for additional space to accommodate the growing number of students by the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

We Need Your Help.

We are excited to present our vision for the future of MSOW. We have launched a Capital Campaign to raise $4.8 million for a building expansion to provide space to accommodate our growing school; $3.4 million for the building expansion and $1.4 for site preparation costs. This goal is bigger than we can meet inside of our four walls; and the impact will extend far beyond!

The much needed project will move Upper Elementary students into new classrooms and establish a second Middle School classroom. The vacated classrooms will serve as a library, and a dedicated space for Spanish, Wellness, Music and Drama. A portion of the new space will bring administrative offices back into the school building.
