Kate grew up in rural Dotyville, Wisconsin, moved to the Milwaukee area after high school graduation and received her associate degree in the Administrative Professional Program at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC).  While enrolled at WCTC, Kate received an Administrative Professionals scholarship and was a part of the National Honors Society.   Prior to her beginning employment at MSOW in August of 2009, Kate served as a family nanny for seven years.  In August of 2012, she completed the inaugural Montessori Paraprofessional Training Course at MSOW.   Kate currently lives in Milwaukee with her significant other, Adam, and their son, Daxton.   In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bowling, scrapbooking and spending time with her family and friends.
