Karen has been an educator and administrator for Montessori School of Waukesha (MSOW) in Waukesha, Wisconsin for over thirty years. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English/Education from Ripon College and a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.

Karen is a DPI Professional Educator who holds licenses in reading, learning disabilities, early childhood regular education, and elementary/middle level education. Karen presents during the annual MSOW’s Paraprofessional Course and teaches for Global Montessori Educators Institute, MSOW’s teacher training center.
