Huong holds a double Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Centre Franco Vietnamien de formation à la Gestion (CFVG) in Hanoi, Vietnam; and International Management from Audencia Business School in Nantes, France. Huong has five years of experience working in wholesale banking and employee health and benefit insurance in Vietnam. Huong and her family moved to the US in 2017. She currently lives in the Waukesha area with her husband, her two children and their dog named Chip. 

Huong fell in love with the Montessori philosophy when her children began attending Montessori school. She was inspired by how Montessori education nurtures the children to grow up in the most humane way, with their happiness, independence, curiosity and being respectful to others. She is pursuing her Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Credential at GMEI and expects to receive her certification in 2024.
