Devin will be in his third year as part of a MSOW teaching team in Lower Elementary 1. Devin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Illinois University and holds an AMI Primary Guide Certification from Montessori Training Center of Minnesota. After pressing pause on his professional development plans during the pandemic, Devin will reactivate now as he enrolls in an elementary training program, and complete the steps required for a Wisconsin DPI teaching license. (These actions meet all AMS requirements for a lead teacher.)

Work experience includes acting as a Montessori Primary Guide and an Elementary Assistant Guide in Springfield, Illinois. Devin also co-founded Nido Kindergarten in Northwest Germany where he served as Head Guide and Administrator for five years. During this time, Devin shared that he played a role in establishing Germany’s first AMI accredited Training Center.
