Catherine Lecke joined MSOW in the fall of 2021. She graduated from Quincy University with the hope of pursuing a career as a social worker but fell in love with the Montessori philosophy instead. This was easy to do since her mother was a life-long Montessori educator.

Catherine has worked in a Montessori Elementary classroom for over ten years. She is passionate about educating children to help them reach their full potential. Catherine attended Montessori School of Waukesha through Children's House. Her three daughters also attended MSOW at the Children's House and Elementary levels and have many fond memories of the wonderful staff and of course Saturn. Catherine is a life-long learner and is currently enrolled in GMEI. She has also earned a certificate in Orton-Gillingham, a multi-sensory approach to reading instruction.
